Columbian beauty trains five days a week. She loves to visualize the form she is going to have what helps her to concentrate on different body parts that need the workout. Her aim every training is to focus on what she’s doing and how she’s doing it.

“We try to find the best choice between strength and cardio intervals. Some days we do just cardio and then strength and some days we start with strength and then do cardio. The key is to mix it up,”

the celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser explains.

“I want to make sure that she is improving her endurance so that she can go into a two-hour show and also has the strength and stamina to make it through a five-month tour. It’s about making sure she gets a little bit of everything.”

She is training for five days a week, two of which Shakira separates into two times a day. Anna says that not far ago they have been training for two-a-days program for months, but, unfortunately, because of the time difference and coaching online via Skype, they ought to workout in this manner.

Another crucial part of the singer`s program is having a heart rate monitor during the workout. Anna Kaiser believes that heart rate is the key structure when we are talking about stamina.

But Shakira’s workout is just half of the deal. Her nutrition is also worth to be seen.

For seven years Kaiser prepared client’s meals herself, but now the singer has a chef to cook her dishes with the use of Kaiser’s recipes. In Anna`s belief, it is imperative that Shakira is eating throughout the day. This meal plan includes from two to three snacks aside from breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a protein in every meal and fresh veggies or small amounts of low glycemic fruit. The main thing for Shakira is to eat approximately every 2-3 hours. Kaiser ensures that such meals prevent her from being tired during long sessions of choreography, recording, and editing.
