  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Top with cream cheese frosting made from 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, and 1 tsp honey.

Except: If you are lactose intolerant, use a dairy-free cream cheese frosting instead.
