Most recently, the Australian Instagram superstar and fitness trainer Chontel Duncan gave birth to her second child, and her post-pregnancy body (just like her pre-pregnancy photos) is incredible.
Chontel, 28, shared the first photo of her post-pregnancy body on the social media site, confidently snapping a full-body selfie in front of a mirror.
Duncan took the jaw-dropping shot, in which you can see the outline of abs, just one week after delivering her new baby boy—and the results are so unbelievable.
Now before anyone jumps down my throat saying anything negative think before you type 🤔 everyone is unique and different in their own special way. There is no "one" journey or one way, this is my "normal". No one is forced to follow my account/s, I openly share my life for all who appreciate it, that includes the highs and the lows. I am only one person, so therefore I cannot possible relate to everyone's experience. If your instant response isn't positive I challenge you to see beyond your negativity and find the kindness within. I was blessed to conceive, blessed to experience no sickness, I did experience discomfort & tiredness, but overall I had a very enjoyable pregnancy. Could not be more grateful ☺️ I grew a full term 8 pound baby, delivering through c-section on the 20th Sept which is when that bump photo was taken. A week later I took my first "post pregnancy" progression photo. (As shown above) In a weeks time I start my very own 8 week transformation program @hiit_australia for the first few weeks it will be all about the nutrition plan. When I am given the all clear I will incorporate light walking and eventually be able to go back to training. I plan to keep you all up to date as I find my new routine as a mummy of 2 beautiful blessings.
Model asked her followers to refrain from posting negative comments about her post-pregnancy body:

While the newly-minted mother of two couldn’t be reached for comment, she wrote on Instagram that she’s recovering from her c-section well, perhaps due to an all-around easier pregnancy than her first one: She felt better than she did while pregnant with first son and retained less water.
The mother-of-two continued to work out just days before giving birth on September 20 and has since swapped her bump for rock hard abs. However, Chontel’s real claim to fame involves her commitment to fitness throughout both pregnancies, which didn’t stop her from kicking ass at high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Muay Thai kickboxing.

Hey GramFam I am working from home today, have just put Miah down for his nap & will endeavour to snap chat the remainder of SOCIAL MEDIAS BIGGEST MUMMY GIVEAWAY today 😁 Thanks for all your suggestions, support and kind words this week. Feeling great, always tired and behind in work hahaha but that is just a way of life ATM for me. Loving the physical changes of my body throughout this pregnancy, I LOVE my bump, the bigger curves that have developed, grateful for no fluid still to this date 🙌🏾 & proud of myself for not finding out the gender of our baby. Arghhh there are not many surprises in life left, so to experience this one will be truly magical ☺️ #lornajane @lornajaneactive @hiit_australia
Little interesting fact you may not know about me… I was once a hard out "Tom boy" would hang out at skate parks, would spend my weekends skating the streets, only wore Etnie skate shoes with baggy pants, skate belts, with my thick elastic underwear bands showing, beanies & little cut up tops. Drank Woodstock & even tried cigarettes 😷 let's just say the woodies I enjoyed but the cigs lasted all of minutes lol 😂 Looking back its funny remembering all the phases I went through in my awkward teens. An how @sam_hiitaustralia found me attractive is BEYOND me 😳 (Outfit @culturekings -Photographer @sam_hiitaustralia -Make-up @becoyote ) #36weekspregnant #3weekstogo #memorylane #awkardteens
Just about 8 months pregnant 🤰🏽 reflecting on the week that was. Still currently working full time (5-6days), 1x Hour Pilates, 3x 30min Strength Sessions & 1x 30min Muay Thai pad session. I've been having broken sleep each night now and that's not from my 16 month old, it's this psycho baby I am carrying that thinks Muay Thai in the womb is hilarious 😂😩😬😳 #negativecommentswillbeblocked (Trainer @mike_hiitaustralia )
Duncan also wrote that in the next week (that’s two weeks total after giving birth), she’ll embark on an eight-week transformation program that’ll focus heavily on nutrition.
