Guys I am so grateful for every single one of you. 🙏 Thank you for watching my videos, working out with me, reading my blog posts, and inspiring me to follow my dream of becoming a designer. 🎨Today's launch of @popflex_active #DARKBLOOM is the third collection we've launched in a little over our first year and your support made all those sleepless nights, disastrous samples, heated arguments, and never ending fit issues all worth it. Because we're here. And we're here together wearing clothes that are inspired by your feedback. I literally read all your comments on @popflex_active and I take it so seriously. Changes can happen with just 1 comment. Who else does that? We're not a huge, slow and political corporation. We're small and we're nimble. We're always willing to learn. 👩‍🎓 And we don't have ego. So never stop communicating with me. My goal is to make you feel the most unstoppable, most powerful, and most beautiful when you're wearing @popflex_active. I'm a purpose driven designer with integrity and loyalty to those who wear the clothes and make the clothes. Yes, of course everything is made ethically. Know that you're supporting a girl with a dream and also a new way of designing that's community oriented. That's why we carry size 2-16 now. That's why we lengthened our booty shorts. That's because of you. And that's because we listened. 👂 Let's keep the conversation going! Thank you and I love you!! Go get your #popflex at ⚡️popflexactive.com⚡️ now! Things are selling out! Rachel Brathen

Finally, the last but not least is Rachel Brathen who is a mother who only wanted to create an account on Instagram to introduce users to her yoga program. Little did she know in those days that soon she would become the most influential athlete on Instagram.

31 weeks today!💪🏼 Feeling good with lots of energy still – people keep telling me that these are the most difficult weeks but so far so good. Poppy has started kicking me in the bladder so hard I almost pee my pants five times a day which is less fun, and I'm having some pelvic girdle pain in the mornings which makes lifting myself out of bed tricky (Dennis has to help me and cracks up the whole time)😂 But once I'm up… I'm up! Still practicing yoga and yes, still inverting when it feels right. Getting some pressure off my hips feels really good even though balance is trickier than normal (but please note that I've practiced yoga for over a decade, teach for a living and know my body very well – I wouldn't put many almost 8-month pregnant women in a handstand). We are super busy with the @island.yoga studio these days – only five days until our grand opening! I'm glad I still have all of this energy because I really need it🙏🏼✨❤️ Wishing you all a beautiful Tuesday! #pregnancy #31weeks #yogaeverydamnday
