Britney Spears and her preparation for “Piece of Me” tour is on the way.
Recently, the pop singer started documenting her fitness routine via social media sharing some exciting glutes and core exercise variations. According to her precisely these movements at the new workout routine she’s using to prepare for her upcoming “Piece of Me” tour.
But it turns out that her home-exercise variations arsenal hasn’t ended yet.
Spears just posted an Instagram workout video, where Spears brought her boyfriend — model Sam Asghari — along for a partner sweat session.
The two performed a partner’s circuit that consisted of five total exercises, with one interesting feature Britney – always tops it.
The negative side of this workout is that it is not built to give both Britney and her young man the same type of pump. It was more of a circuit based on Sam Asghari’s strength as a base and her flexibility. Asghari got an upper body strength workout in, as most of the moves involved him supporting some or all of Spears’ bodyweight.
At the same time, Spears continued working on her core. Her objective was only to stay still in such position so Asghari could do things like literally floor press her entire body. This required an isometric contraction from her legs all the way up to her neck, and everything in between.
It isn’t easy even for such a trained woman like Spears.
However, of course, this workout has it’s benefits. Apart from mental, there are health advantages which are provided by absolutely unusual load for your whole body.
