“So, you can do this workout from your house as many times as you want, then supplement with cardio on days off and any sport that keeps you moving. I would say that the deadlifts are the big move here and will yield terrific results for anyone. I also included Bulgarian split squats since I do that one with a lot of my clients—Khloe included.” – Kardashian’s coach explains.

What about nutrition: “For breakfast, I usually have eggs and oatmeal. The ideal lunch is a light salad with lots of greenery. For dinner, I have a chicken with vegetables and sweet potatoes or rice. During the day, I also have a bite of fruit, which I always have with me. Fortunately, I never particularly liked pasta, but I had to wean myself from eating bread at night.”

“I still now, from time to time, allow myself to eat a piece of pizza, a handful of chocolate dragees, or a glass of champagne. I do not force myself. I love myself. I do not want to overeat unhealthy food because I do not want to hurt myself.” – tells us Khloe about her cheat meals.
