- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Except: If you are allergic to bananas, this recipe is not for you.
Blueberry Protein Pancakes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder Mash the blueberries and mix with the remaining ingredients. Cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Except: If you have a peanut allergy, use a different type of nut butter instead.
Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Top with cream cheese frosting made from 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, and 1 tsp honey.
Except: If you are lactose intolerant, use a dairy-free cream cheese frosting instead.
Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder

- zest 1 lemon Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Carrot Cake Protein Pancakes
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat. Top with cream cheese frosting made from 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, and 1 tsp honey.
Except: If you are vegan, substitute eggs with flax eggs and use a vegan cream cheese frosting.
