There are many people who go to the gym and then post their workout photos on social networks. Psychologist Dr. Tara Marshall says now that it is unhealthy and that those who do that actually have certain mental problems. According to her idea, those who post such photos have low self-esteem and are looking for support and acclaim from facebook community who would like and comment their achievements. These people need inspiration for further work, they are narcissists.

In her survey, she also measured other traits of personality such as extroversion, neuroticism, openness, conscientiousness and agreeableness together with self-esteem and narcissism.
