Service in the police is a very dangerous matter. Well, there are still chases, searches, dark personalities.
But it doesn’t seem like that’s the case in Iceland, because their crime rate is one of the lowest in the world. Therefore, Icelandic policemen protect people in their country in a different way – they help children, look for lost kittens, participate in parades and generally have a good time.
Apparently, their Instagram probably isn’t the best way to honestly gauge the Icelandic police force’s relationship with regular citizens.
Of course, their relationship with the local may be more complicated than this account makes it out to seem, but they still seem like an upstanding bunch.
